The energy transition policy was initiated via the 2011-2030 national renewable energy development program. This solar program, which plans to produce 22,000 MW by 2030, is set to emerge significantly in the near future. Algeria has\n the necessary silica resources for the production of photovoltaic cells and lithium resources for the production of batteries. The industry exists (ENIE Bel Abbes, Aur\u00e8s Solaire Batna, Condor BBA), the Semiconductor research centers\n exist (CDTA, CRTSE). Algeria has one of the best solar fields in the world (more than 3000 hours of sunshine \/ year, equivalent to 6Kwh \/ m2) which makes the creation of such a school with national character, very promising and necessary.\n The environmental requirements that engage Algeria via the Rio, Paris and recently Bonn conventions and with the great climate change and food and health insecurity which are becoming global strategic priorities, the training of\n engineers in environment and public health becomes vital and even a part of the security of the state. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

La politique de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e via le programme national de d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables 2011-2030. Ce programme dont le solaire pr\u00e9voit la production de 22.000 MW \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030 est appel\u00e9\n \u00e0 prendre un essor appr\u00e9ciable dans un proche avenir. L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie poss\u00e8de les ressources en silice n\u00e9cessaires pour la production de cellules photovolta\u00efques et des ressources en Lithium pour la production de batteries. L\u2019industrie\n existe (ENIE Bel Abbes, Aur\u00e8s Solaire Batna, Condor BBA), Les centres de recherche des semi-conducteurs existent (CDTA, CRTSE). L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie dispose d\u2019un gisement solaire parmi les meilleurs au monde (plus de 3000 h d\u2019ensoleillement\n \/an, \u00e9quivalent de 6Kwh\/m2) ce qui rend la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une telle \u00e9cole ayant le caract\u00e8re national, tr\u00e8s porteuse et n\u00e9cessaire. Les exigences environnementales qui engagent l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie via les conventions de Rio, de Paris et\n r\u00e9cemment de Bonn et avec le grand changement climatique et l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et sanitaire qui deviennent des priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques mondiales, la formation d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs en environnement et sant\u00e9 publique devient vitale\n et m\u00eame fait partie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tat. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
