of the Higher National School of Renewable Energies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad inaugurated the Higher National School of Renewable Energy, Environment &amp; Sustainable Development, as part of his working and inspection visit to the wilaya of Batna.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Prime Minister Djerad, accompanied by a large ministerial delegation, inaugurated the Higher National School of Renewable Energy, Environment &amp; Sustainable Development, baptized in the name of the deceased Dr. Abdelhak Rafik Bererhi, former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/p>\r\n<p>During the baptism ceremony, the Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad indicated that this project is &#8220;one of the concerns of the Government&#8221;, and that he had &#8220;personally&#8221; encouraged the project of this school, given the competence of the team that worked on it.<\/p>\r\n<p>Welcoming the ability of this school to attract many Algerian skills established abroad, such as Professor Belkacem Heba, nicknamed by the scientific community, &#8220;the Algerian researcher with a thousand inventions&#8221;, the Prime Minister called for the implementation place of a &#8220;network&#8221; of cooperation between national competences residing in Algeria and those abroad.<\/p>\r\n<p>He insisted on the occasion on the importance of international cooperation in the field of renewable energies to &#8220;help raise the level of the Renewable Energy School and raise it to the rank of similar international schools&#8221;.<\/p>\r\n<p>During a presentation on the School, the Prime Minister valued &#8220;the relationship that links the School with the economic sector in general and the industrial sector in particular&#8221;.<\/p>\r\n<p>He also praised the &#8220;competence&#8221; of the late Dr. Abdelhak Rafik Berarhi, who\u2019s National School of Renewable Energies, Environment and Sustainable Development bears the name, describing him as &#8220;a national authority and one of those who have given a lot to the Algerian university\u201d.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>An asset for higher education<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>The school, which strengthens the higher education and scientific research sector at national and local level, and for which an investment of 700 million DA has been allocated, offers 1,500 educational places, with 4 amphitheaters and 10 laboratories of applied work and scientific research.<\/p>\r\n<p>For the 2020-2021 academic year, 180 new students are expected to join this school, the first of its kind nationwide.<\/p>\r\n<p>The number of students currently in the preparatory phase is 52 students, from several wilayas in the su-u-trim\">\r\n<p>Le Premier ministre Abdelaziz Djerad a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration de l\u2019Ecole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, de l\u2019environnement et du d\u00e9veloppement durable,\u00a0 dans le cadre de sa visite de travail et d\u2019inspection dans la wilaya de Batna.<\/p>\r\n<p>Djerad, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une importante d\u00e9l\u00e9gation minist\u00e9rielle, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration de l\u2019Ecole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, baptis\u00e9e du nom du d\u00e9funt Dr. Abdelhak Rafik Bererhi, ancien ministre de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche scientifique.<\/p>\r\n<p>Au cours de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de baptisation, le Premier ministre Abdelaziz Djerad a indiqu\u00e9 que ce projet est \u00abune des pr\u00e9occupations du Gouvernement\u00bb, et qu\u2019il avait \u00abpersonnellement\u00bb encourag\u00e9 d\u00e9s le d\u00e9but le projet de cette \u00e9cole, eu \u00e9gard \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence de l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui a \u0153uvr\u00e9 \u00e0 le concr\u00e9tiser.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0Se f\u00e9licitant de la capacit\u00e9 de cette \u00e9cole \u00e0 attirer de nombreuses comp\u00e9tences alg\u00e9riennes \u00e9tablies \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, comme le professeur Belkacem Heba,\u00a0 surnomm\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 scientifique, \u00able chercheur alg\u00e9rien aux milles inventions\u00bb, le Premier ministre a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019un \u00abr\u00e9seau\u00bb de coop\u00e9ration entre les comp\u00e9tences nationales r\u00e9sidant en Alg\u00e9rie et celles \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il a insist\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion, sur l\u2019importance de la coop\u00e9ration internationale dans le domaine des \u00e9nergies renouvelables pour \u00abcontribuer \u00e0 hisser le niveau de l\u2019Ecole sup\u00e9rieure des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et l\u2019\u00e9lever au rang des Ecoles internationales similaires\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n<p>Au cours d\u2019un expos\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur l\u2019Ecole, le Premier ministre a valoris\u00e9 \u00abla relation qui lie l\u2019Ecole avec le secteur \u00e9conomique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le secteur industriel en particulier\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 \u00abla comp\u00e9tence\u00bb de feu Dr. Abdelhak Rafik Berarhi, dont l\u2019Ecole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, de l\u2019environnement et du d\u00e9veloppement durable porte le nom, le qualifiant de \u00absommit\u00e9 nationale et l\u2019un de ceux qui ont beaucoup donn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Un acquis pour l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur<\/h3>\r\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9cole, qui vient renforcer le secteur de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la recherche scientifique au niveau national et local, et pour laquelle un
