Abdi Mohamed Amir received the State degree in electronics, the M.Sc. degree in electronics and the Ph.D.degree in electronics from the University of Batna, in 2005, 2008, and 2018, respectively. From 2009 to 2021, he was a professor at Department of science and technology, Faculty of Technology, Batna. He is currently Professor in the Department of Renewable Energies and New Technologies at the Higher National School of Renewable Energy, Environment & Sustainable Development “re2=sd”, Batna, Algeria. He has published more than 50 journal articles and conference proceeding papers, His research interests in electrical engineering simulation and modeling of nanoscale devices such as graphene Field effect transistor and carbon nanotube structures.
