Today, the Higher National School of Renewable Energy, Environment & Sustainable Development, has celebrated the national student day. Professor Chabane Hamouda, founder of the first national research unit of the solar energy and son of the shahid Abderrezek Hamouda (Si El Haouès), has opened the celebration and presented a lecture to the students, entitled: Batna Solar Energy Program (1984-1990). Also, Professor Nouar Tabet, Algerian international expert in solar energy and Dean of the College of Science at the University of Sharjah, has presented an online lecture entitled: From Djebel to Lab. The students of the school have also participated to the event by presenting several activities and a short demonstration on the oldest Japanese Martial Arts “Koryo” has been presented by a group of teachers from the university.
