Mr. Tawfiq Mahzoud, Wali of Batna wilaya, supervised the opening ceremony of the new academic year 2021-2022, at the Higher National School for Renewable Energies, Environment and Sustainable Development. Well known personalities has been invited to the opening ceremony including the mediator of the president of the republic and representatives of the local and security authorities of the state, as well as the university family, including professors, students and employees. Outstanding students in the school as well as teachers and school staff has been honored during the ceremony after opening speeches presented by the school’s principal, the Wali of Batna and the head of the renewable energies and new technologies department.
